The Beginning And The End…

It’s always so bittersweet to look back at how my babies have changed, even just over the course of a school year. Everyone just needs to stop this growing up business…

Little M’s last day of second grade was today, and she is now officially a third grader! I just cannot even. I am a hot mess over this. She is beautiful, inside and out. She is brilliant, and loves to read. She is choosing to take a math and science Summer school course and she is VERY excited about it.

She has gained two inches and five pounds this school year, and has grown out of ALL of her clothes. Ha.

Baby J had his last day of school two weeks ago, and graduated from full day pre-k, so he will be going into kindergarten at little M’s school next year. I am happy to have them in the same school, going at the same time! Baby J knows more than fifty sight words, all his letter sounds, and can count to five hundred. He is VERY excited to be going to kindergarten and feels so grown up.
