Joy Comes…

Thank you for praying for our girl, and for us! And thank you for your sweet encouraging comments, emails, and texts, I have read them all several times, and felt so encouraged…

Tiny P is doing a little better every day, and we have been rejoicing with every little baby step. This girl…it will be a bumpy road with her, for sure!
But today… and last night, we saw some smiles! They were fleeting, and we sure did have to work hard for them, but when you have to work so hard for something like this precious girl’s smiles, it just makes them even sweeter…

We are counting down the days here… only three more till we go home!

And we are hoping to see more of this face in the coming days!

awww, what a beautiful smile. It's as if a mountain has moved, just by seeing that smile. The adoption community is so fabulous. we are all in this together. all praying and hoping that your girl will turn the corner, all of knowing EXACTLY what you are going through.Yay for the small things. cos big things follow.

She looks like a little chipmunk in the last picture! Too cute! Glad to see she is starting to turn the corner… I am sure things will be better when you get home!

Thank heavens! I'm sure these days have felt so long as you waited for this moment to arrive. I remember well how hard it is to watch the crying and feel so helpless to console in those moments of grief. She has the most precious smile!
