This past weekend our little guy turned two…birthdays and holidays are always bittersweet when you are waiting for your little one to come home. We are so so thankful he is in an amazing place where he is loved and celebrated for the amazing little guy he is.

She was beautiful, but not like those girls in the magazines. She was beautiful for the way she thought. She was beautiful for the sparkle in her eyes when she talked about something she loved. She was beautiful for her ability to make other people smile, even if she was sad. No, she wasn’t beautiful…

Every picture while we wait for him is precious, and we look at every picture over and over. We are waiting for immigration approval now, and we hope to have it next week!

Boy! We are so excited to be welcoming a little boy into our family!

Official LOA (letter of approval)! We are now officially approved to be the parents of baby number four! Of course, we wasted no time at all signing our names, and checking that little box saying that we accept this child for our own.
