Adoption is  gift…
Of love, of life, of family…
It is the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done.
It is heartbreaking, and heartwarming.
It is pain, and it is worth every second of that pain.
It is soul-wrenching, and earth-shattering.
It is a gift, and at this time of the year, I am more aware and more grateful than ever for the gift that little M is.
