Easter Finery
This was little M’s second Easter! We have finally gotten to the point where she has been home so long that she no longer is celebrating holidays for the first time! Yay!
She picked out her dress this year…unfortunately we bought it too soon, because she asked every morning for weeks if she could wear her “eater dress” that day.
And for weeks I had to say no.
She was so excited Sunday morning when she woke up, and we told her she could wear her Easter dress. I have never seen anyone that excited over new clothes…she was giddy.
We went to church in the morning, and spent the afternoon with Josh’s family. And little M wore that dress the entire day. She even asked if she could put it back on Monday morning.
Happy second Easter, little M. We are thrilled that we get to celebrate with you!
So sweet about her wanting to wear her new dress so badly! 🙂 She looks absolutely adorable in it.
Love that color pink. It's just beautiful. Josie couldn't wait to get out her dress (after church) and into play clothes.
Love her dress and the picture of the three of you. I put Elisabeth's dress in my closet so she would forget about it until Easter. She didn't forget it, but she did ask a lot a less often than if it was in her closet.
Love her dress! Happy Easter!
My \”baby\” girl, 12, had her dress early, too. It was just so perfect as it 1-twirling well 2- had sparkly beads at the waist 3 skirt part was black (perfect for those who still love to sit in so so lady like places) 4 didn't look too young (in her eyes) or old (in my eyes). But, just like little M she had to ask and ask if she could wear it. Then came the shoes, this was far more difficult for she wants now sparkle and Oh my, a heel. They just grow up too quickly! But she still was hoping for a stuffed toy bunny, LOL. Little M is as sweet as can be cuddling betw the two of you:)Michelle
Great group picture! ysl
