Headboard

As we are all aware, I grow easily bored of decor, and, as much as I despise life changes, I embrace design changes with all of my little heart.

In our guest bedroom, we had an antique mantle, and that was the headboard.

I grew bored, and now I have a new one. A pallet one.

It needed a little spiffing up, so I picked up one of these handy-dandy little paint sample bottles from home depot. Handy-dandy, I tell you…perfect for a little headboard project.

I stencilled some little fleur de lis on some of the boards, and decided it needed something more. Words. It needed words.

Words appropriate for a bedroom…cozy.

Sleep.

Calm.

And we have a headboard. It will work well with a queen mattress, and, when I get bored again, it will be easy to change up!
