Kid Crafting…
Our little girl loves her some crafting. Or “a little crapt,” as she calls it. She gets so incredibly excited about using a glue stick, and using a pair of scissors is pure rapture for her.
I am always on the lookout for cheap and easy projects for her to do, and I found these fun pumpkin plates in Family Fun Magazine…
We drew faces on little orange plates,

Cut out the eye, mouth, and nose shapes,

Glued a black plate on the back, and proudly admired our little pumpkin heads!
I thought we were done, but the three year old had other plans. She decided that we should glue the orange shapes on black plates to make more faces. I think she just needed more time with the glue stick.

We stapled them on ribbon to make a garland, and hung them up!
Oh cute! Jenna and I are going to do this!!! Thanks for the inspiration!
Super duper cute!!! Your garland is adorable. Josie and I got her craft fix this afternoon with black paint, glue and lots and lots of glitter. We made haunted houses. Halloween hugs!
