Moving On Up!

We are out of ICU! And Mackenzie is in a crib!
A well-worn crib, but a crib nonetheless.

She is much happier today, and has been laughing and talking. For a little while there, I was worried that we weren’t ever going to see her smile again.

I know several of you who are reading are expecting your children to have this surgery or a similar one soon, and I just wanted to encourage you! This is most definitely hard, but you can totally do it!

BEAUTIFUL!!! I love seeing those precious eyes! Thanks for keeping us updated! Call my cell if you are able to get a signal sometime tomorrow. I would love to come see you guys on Saturday!

Happy to hear that Mackenzie is out of ICU. Her sweet eyes has such spirit! Thanks for the encouragement. I will think of you and Mackenzie.
