Painting With Legos…

There is no craft like a painting craft for my babies…

Little M loves creating…

Baby J loves anything that might potentially be messy.

Tiny P loves watching.

Sometimes, when the babies want to paint with something new, we search the house to find something unique to paint with… like a lego.

Baby J was so into this, and he asks to paint with a lego almost every day.

Little M was excited about what we were planning to make out of these stamped papers…

A pumpkin garland!

This was a craft that the kids could do from start to finish… after they cut out the pumpkins, little M punched holes in the pumpkins, and baby J strung the ribbon. Great fine motor skill practice, and he was so proud to be “helping!”

What is it with kids and paint? Whenever I babysit they ALWAYS want to paint. I've tried to convince them crayons are way cooler (i.e. less potential for destruction of clothing, furniture, etc.) but so far they aren't buying it. My hat tip to you for such a cute and completely kid friendly project! (and being brave enough to let the kiddos have paint :))
