Welcome, Fall!
If we’re being completely honest, Fall arrived at our house a little sooner than actual Fall…
But that’s the way I like it.
The colors are cozier…
The smells are inviting.
And everything, everywhere, is prettier.
The weather is getting cooler.
And there are cozy blankets (and Henry owls) everywhere.
The food is prettier…
Because what food isn’t prettier on some hay?
We drink hot drinks…
Hot cider made better with caramel spoons.
Or cold cider. You can have both in the Fall!
It’s tradition. On the first day of Fall we have chili.
Chili. Any way you want it…on pasta, fritos, even a hot dog. We don’t shirk when it comes to our chili.
