What All The Fuss Was About…
Here it is! The one little sheet of paper all of the fuss was about. All of the angst, all of the sleepless nights, all of the worry that we wouldn’t make it past review, brought to an end with one piece of paper. One very special piece of paper that says we are approved to adopt Mackenzie, and will we accept her as our daughter.
This changes everything, not just for us, but for Mackenzie, as well.
Our little girl is no longer one of the 50,000 orphaned children in China. She has a family now, and parents who love her. She will no longer be one of the nameless, but will have our name, and our home. Now, we just need to bring her home. We are waiting on our travel approval, then we will book our tickets. It won’t be long now!
OMG!!! Congrats! P.S. I just gave you an award for having a blog with substance. Your blog is very refreshing to read!Congrats again … 1 more day closer to bringing your baby girl home! 🙂
